Herbal Tea Blend JOY
Use approx. 1 tablespoon of dried herbs per cup/mug. Cover with hot water and a lid or saucer (or brew in a teapot of cafetiere) steep for 10 minutes and strain before serving. You can add a little honey for sweetness. Enjoy up to 4 cups a day.
