A blend of dried herbs traditionally used to ease low mood and overwhelm, perfect for seasonal sadness or when life feels too much. 


Tulsi- also known as holy basil, an adaptogenic herb that helps the body cope with stress, leading to a calmer more relaxed state. 

Oats- a nervous system tonic for fatigue, anxiety and mild depression. 

Rose- a heart tonic to lift the spirits. 


Handblended in small batches.

60g/2oz of loose tea. 


Herbal Tea Blend JOY

  • Use approx. 1 tablespoon of dried herbs per cup/mug. Cover with hot water and a lid or saucer (or brew in a teapot of cafetiere) steep for 10 minutes and strain before serving. You can add a little honey for sweetness. Enjoy up to 4 cups a day.
